Digital Sculpture

Using the xR tools Openbrush and Gravity Sketch, I have created many digital sculptures over the past few years, either from scratch or using imported photogrammetry scans as guides.

My VR portraits tend to have a fractured aesthetic and I keep to the hull brushes for a consistent feel. I often export these sculptures into 3D rendering programs such as Blender so I can have more control over the lighting, material and export settings for the final artwork.

Other artworks I’ve created are more fantasy based and employ the full range of brushes and tools available. I love to make my fantasy scenes fully explorable so if people ever get a chance, they can have a lot of fun discovering all the details for themselves.
