The
Bristol Immersive Makers
Community
With the support from Dominique Vyborna of the Empress Immersive Cooperative, I organise and host monthly socials for the Immersive Maker community in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
For fun, I create a unique-ish poster for each event:
Over time, the style changes depending on what particular theme/style of graphic design I’m partial to at the time. Most at least try to convey some form of ‘immersiveness’, ‘contemplation’ or ‘conversation’, which I hope denotes the vibe of the socials.
Originally, these were ‘pub’ socials, and I’ve evolved them to just generally be casual get togethers, enabling more diverse conversation and less pressure to drink / talk shop.
